Eric Villanueva is a successful business owner, investor, as well as a former Reserve Firefighter, Law Enforcement Officer, and Rescue Technician who works with future Firefighters helping them land their dream careers.
Having taken over 50 Firefighter tests across the United States, Eric understands the struggle of getting hired and finding great mentors in the industry. That’s why, today, Eric has put all of his past experience into creating Fire Mentors Academy where he helps people like you navigate the testing process, getting hired and starting a business.
Joshua Gardner
Fire & Safety specialist
Joshua Gardner is currently employed as a Fire & Safety specialist / Firefighter at one of the largest Oil Refineries in California. An integral part of his Fire Department’s Rescue Team, he is also an Instructor specializing in: High Angle Rope Rescue, Confined Space, EMS, and other integral aspects of firefighter training.
Previously employed by the Hawaii Fire Dept as a full-time Firefighter / EMS provider Joshua has successfully graduated from multiple Fire Academies and earned the prestigious honor of ‘Top Cadet’. Retaining College Degrees in Fire Science and Para-medicine, he is a licensed Paramedic who has worked in various locations around Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino areas as an EMS provider.
Having tested with many Fire Department’s around California, Joshua fully understands the struggles many encounter throughout the hiring / testing process as well as the commitment necessary to become a successful Firefighter candidate.
